They worked directly with my insurance company, they coordinated my rental vehicle and had it dropped off and picked up. Most of all they communicated with progress updates and pictures every two days. They have a well established process which they communicate up front. They were great at communicating what they were doing and kept us up to date with any new developments. What really made their level of service stand out was their advocacy on our behalf with the insurance company. The insurance company delayed, made bogus claims, and were evasive with all things regarding this claim. Thanks to James, Mustafa, and the rest of the team at Lamettry's, a very frustrating experienced was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
