My son’s car was damaged (not at fault accident) and the other driver had a state minimum policy. The front of his car was completely smashed from the damage. LaMettrys was recommended to me by a good friend and said they would take care of me in this situation. From the moment I dropped off the car, I knew I brought it to the right place.

The communication and customer service was top notch. Service Mgr, Del Maus, managed the repairs and he always kept me in the loop. I received texts multiple times per week updating me on progress or working through decisions. He sent pics of the progress as well so I always knew how things were progressing. The GM, Chaun, was equally great as he got creative and was able to help his team get all repairs done with no out of pocket expenses from me. Truly incredible service and the car looks amazing!

This was my first experience with LaMettrys, but it won’t be the last. They have definitely earned my trust and business for any future collision repairs.

I highly recommend LaMettrys to anyone in need of vehicle collision repairs!

I had a car accident that destroyed the front end. They had my car for five weeks, and while it was a long time, you don't know what will happen when you work with an insurance company and the people who supply parts.

Matt kept me posted throughout the process. When I first met him, he promised to stay in touch with updates via phone or text. He was true to his word, and Matt explained why there were delays step by step.

When it was finally time to pick up the car, the windshield wipers didn't work, and Matt requested a Lyft to drive me home. He purchased new wipers and sent a Lyft to drive me back after the weekend to pick up my car.

The amount of work my vehicle needed was A LOT. However, the result was worth the wait. The car is running well and looks great.

I am very satisfied with the end results. They even detailed and shined up the truck, it looks Amazing. All is Well and I am leaving a very satisfied customer.

Everyone I spoke to was great. I personally worked with Ashley at the front desk and Kelli who worked behind the scenes was the person assisting me throughout the process; they both had excellent communication and I was updated throughout the whole process. When I arrived there were also 2 other very satisfied customers and we all agreed that they made our time here a breeze. It’s nice to see others who are just as satisfied as it just shows the dedication they are making to ensure that satisfactory work is being done for everyone!

They worked with the insurance company quickly and did everything I requested, including an additional oil change and tire rotation, and checking to make sure the accident hadn't ruined my alignment (it did, and they worked with insurance to cover that, too). They worked directly with my insurance company, they coordinated my rental vehicle and had it dropped off and picked up.
