When the car is transported it is wrapped in plastic and the goo from the plastic was still on my car and the dirt adhered to it and made me think it was keyed. He was wonderful explaining it to me and using a spray can of some mix took off all the lines I thought were key marks. My most recent service advisor was Ajay and he kept me posted every step of the way from the initial parts order, parts arrival, painting and service, to the final full detailing. When I had some type of mineral or solvent drip from on an old leaking pipe in a garage onto my car, I was worried it would cause a permanent stain right in the middle of my car's hood. I called Ajay and he advised me to bring it in right away and buffed out the stain completely including a few nicks and scratches for free.
