I have a crazy work schedule that doesn’t always allow me to answer my phone, so he was kind enough to text me updates and let me know when my car was ready. He answered all of my questions and was so kind and professional. The shop had a nice rental car waiting when I got there and I was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my car, which was nice. I was a bit distraught after being rear ended and LaMettry’s took care of literally everything for me. They even did a little detail on my car so it was even cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off! The work on the outside is so good it looks brand new. However after getting my car back I did notice that a clip was broken on the other side of my car. Upon advice from my Ford dealer, I went to LaMettry's. A year has passed now and I'm certain that if I ever need collision work done again, I will return. The process was as painless as I could hope for. Matt kept me up to date. Jon and crew did a great job. Front desk people were helpful and efficient. Parts were hard to get at that time so it took a few weeks. But the loaner Suburban did the trick for the work I do. "Their" insurance company, Acuity, was the easiest I've ever dealt with, and Matt did most of that. I'm still tempted to switch my coverage. I've never had a go-to auto body shop before, but I do now. I've been driving for 50 years. read less

Amanda gave me frequent and detailed messages via text even making sure to not text before a certain time since I work 3rd shift. The actual service done was very impressive considering the damages done and although it doesn't drive exactly how it did before the accident, the overall outside look of the car is that of a brand new car. It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.

The damage was minor but bad enough that I was told I might need a whole new door 😩 it was a stressful situation but this place was an absolute joy to do business with! Great customer service, they quoted me the best price for the work I needed done out of all the places I went to for estimates, they had Enterprise meet me at the shop to get a rental while they worked on my vehicle so when it was time to drop it off for the repairs, it was a super quick and easy appointment. I was updated every other day on the status of the repairs until it was ready and the repairs look amazing! I was a bit worried because of how the damage looked and the fact that they told me they weren’t gonna replace the whole door like all the other places wanted to, but I honestly can’t even tell there was ever any damage! And to make it even better, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they detailed my jeep inside and out so it was shiny, spotless and smelled so good when I picked it up today! This was the first time I’ve ever had to have damage repaired to my car so I was kinda lost and overwhelmed going into the process of working with insurance and getting estimates for repairs and all of that but they made it super easy and did such great work! If I ever need repairs done in the future, I will absolutely be coming back and I’d recommend them to anyone else! read less
