I brought my pickup truck in for some body damage that was done by a different shop while getting new tires put on and Lamettrys in Bloomington, MN made the whole process very painless. I am very satisfied with the end results. They even detailed and shined up the truck, it looks Amazing. All is Well and I am leaving a very satisfied customer.

Everyone I spoke to was great. I personally worked with Ashley at the front desk and Kelli who worked behind the scenes was the person assisting me throughout the process; they both had excellent communication and I was updated throughout the whole process. When I arrived there were also 2 other very satisfied customers and we all agreed that they made our time here a breeze. It’s nice to see others who are just as satisfied as it just shows the dedication they are making to ensure that satisfactory work is being done for everyone!

Great communication via text so I wasn't wondering all the time what was going on with my repair. They worked with the insurance company quickly and did everything I requested, including an additional oil change and tire rotation, and checking to make sure the accident hadn't ruined my alignment (it did, and they worked with insurance to cover that, too). Cherry on top was I picked my car up and they had cleaned it inside and out! Hopefully I never need body work again but if I do I'll be back. read less

My wife recommended LaMettry’s they took awesome care of her when she had her accident, so I chose to work with them. They did not disappoint, the whole process was seamless. They worked directly with my insurance company, they coordinated my rental vehicle and had it dropped off and picked up. Most of all they communicated with progress updates and pictures every two days. They have a well established process which they communicate up front. Myal was my point of contact from start to finish, he took excellent care of me. My vehicle looks brand new, and they warranty their work!
