Was very pleased with the final product. Even looking for it, I couldn't tell if there were any deficiencies ar all. The staff took care of paperwork, loaner car protocols, and repair updates. Being a lengthy repair and thru the holidays, our vehicle was still completed a week ahead of schedule. We were quite pleased with the final outcome. Thank you. read less

Everyone was super helpful, walking me through the process of getting my car repaired like this for the first time, including letting me know what to expect from the insurance company and giving me some suggestions on questions to ask. The process of dropping my car off was super easy and they made sure to give me a clear expectation of when the repair should be done, even with it being over the holidays. They stayed in touch the entire time too, letting me know what step of the process we were on and what was coming up next. When I picked my car up yesterday (a whole week earlier than I expected when the process started) my car looked brand new! Amazing service and a great product! Couldn’t ask for more! read less

Within 3 hours I had talked to my insurance company West Bend and they had made all the arrangements to have my car towed to LaMettry's who continued the great service by keeping me updated on the progress of my car throughout the ordeal. I was... read moreI received excellent service starting out the minute I walked in the door at LeMettry’s Inver Grove location. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Next, I met with Troy Ezekiel, one of the managers who walked me through the overall process and provided a preliminary estimate and assured me that his team would handle all issues dealing with my insurance company. I was then assigned another manager ( Mr. Matt Filipovich) to work directly with me throughout the rest of the process. Matt was nothing less than spectacular to work with. He contacted me every other day with updates on the car’s repair progress as well as dealing with my insurance company and miles of “red tape”. He took out any stress involved with all issues large and small. Matt is outstanding and a valuable asset to LaMettry’s team of highly trained professionals. The technicians who repaired my vehicle also did a tremendous job repairing and painting my vehicle. Without a doubt, our country needs these talented professionals.
