The hours were very flexible and easily fit my schedule. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me and made me feel welcome. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before Allen greeted me. He had me drive my car in and immediately took pictures of the damage. He was very pleasant and gave a caring vibe. I was in and out in just 15 minutes.
