By participating in this contest, entrants agree to these rules, terms and conditions:

– No purchase necessary. Contest open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older, except employees of LaMettry’s and their immediate family members. Contest ends on the end date posted above the trivia on this page.

– Entries are through online e-mail submission only. One entry per person. One prize per person. LaMettry’s reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. The decision of LaMettry’s is final. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

– Prize is a $100.00 Visa Gift Card and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Submissions must be complete by date posted above the trivia on this page. Only correctly completed submissions qualify to win. Final winner randomly selected from qualifiers. Winner will be notified via e-mail. LaMettry’s takes no responsibility if winner does not receive the sent e-mail. To claim the prize, winner to provide proof of age and photo identification and appear at a LaMettry’s location between the hours of 8:00 and 5:30 pm weekdays. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, pursuant to winner’s prior written consent, winner assumes the risk of the prize’s safe arrival.- Winner agrees to release of liability and use of name, city, biographical data and likeness for promotional purposes prior to receiving the prize. LaMettry’s does not warrant the explicit accuracy of the matching show and vehicle information contained in the contest. Such information is provided solely for entertainment and to facilitate the contest. Failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.

– Winners have thirty (30) days from the date of notification to claim and pick up their prize. Failure to claim and pick up prize within this time for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize. LaMettry’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award unclaimed prizes to alternate contestants or not to award the unclaimed prizes.
