They did a great job on the repair of the side panel on our Ford F350. It looks brand new. They moved very quickly on the repair process and kept me informed.

I have used another Lamettry’s previously when a deer crossed our path. And once again, they did a great job at repairing our vehicle.

LaMettry's identified slight damage to the bumper not associated with the collision when inspected at the Chanhassen shop. Though clearly visible, this damage had not been observed by me prior to dropping off the vehicle at the Lakeville location. I suspect this damage happened in transport (tow) between shops, but cannot be certain. Thus I was on the hook for the repair of "pre-existing" damage. Pro tip - carefully document condition of your vehicle at time of drop off. read less

The hours were very flexible and easily fit my schedule. When I arrived the receptionist greeted me and made me feel welcome. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before Allen greeted me. He had me drive my car in and immediately took pictures of the damage. He was very pleasant and gave a caring vibe. I was in and out in just 15 minutes. They were fast in getting an estimate back for me and my insurance. They were super flexible in letting me go clean out my after gettign it deemed a total loss. One of the workers even came out from doing his job to help me when my seat was stuck! Which he did not have to do. So i appreciate him doing that! Office staff was so friendly and made quick work of everything i needed! Hopefully i wont need them again😅 but if i do ever- as someone not from the cities this is my new too place!
